In just three hours, I made dinners to freeze for the entire month. I do this each month and it's so much easier than freezing the raw meat, then thawing it then cooking. This way, the kitchen is only hot for a few hours.

Just tried this new Licor 43 and I love it. This is what I found and made... Licor 43 is a sweet citrus and vanilla flavored liqueur. Yum! Thanks to my buds in Bevy Tag, I now have a new addiction ;) I named this Calee cuz it reminds me of her..... smooth and sweet. -- posted by Chef~V

This is my recipe for pawpaw tarts which are just little papaya pies.They are little and are perfect for lunches, picnics, or any other place you want to take them.The tarts are very easy to make. The challenging thing is to find a green pawpaw. You may have to make a special trip to your local African, Oriental or Spanish store. But, it is certainly worth the trip. -- posted by Liberian_Chef
